Founded in April 2020, Baby Chavs was created to provide highly nutritious foods while promoting self-reliance through education. As a Hilltop Tacoma native, Juanita saw firsthand the impact of food insecurity and committed to making fresh, nutrient-rich produce accessible to the community. Why "Baby Chavs"?

• A name with meaning: Baby Chavs started as a playful family joke—our unofficial rap name, even though none of us are rappers! Now, it represents our passion for fresh food, community, and growth.
